OLIVIA
The owner Olivia Britz-Wheat is a multimedia artist who has been tattooing for 18 years, 17 of them in Portland. She is the co-host of the Void Tattoo Fest at the Jupiter Hotel and has done commission work for Kate Spade, Nike and CCS among many others.
